My business is not producing money!

Sometimes this happens,your commerce is not located in a good location,bad managing,there is no publicity,or something wrong in your product,when we want to launch our product,we dont make a really market research,also we are doing something but we are not thinking on the people needs,so many factors of why our business fails,the thing is,when this happens we use to close immediately what we created with so much effort,and why this happens?we dont find that person with high experience for solve this kind of cases,the only one solution for save our business,he knows one thing that we dont know when we build our own proyect,he got the tools for save our bussiness,he is gonna tell you,you have to do this although you dont like it,you have to change this,or in some cases change all your staff,its horrible to do this,but if he is telling you for do it and save the business,there is no option,well,is not for support this,its a commentary,but thats the solution we dont think in the majority of cases,now this does not work when our country is on a very bad situation,too much corruption,high insecurity and the president is a big tyrant,we cannot do nothing because there is no money for buy the merchandise,and the govertment is not bringing the money for produce in the country,let go back when the situation is good but when we are suffering with our business,it can happen that we sell our business to other people,and that other people makes a big change and the business returns to produce,its terrible when this happens because its a fustration when we see our past business producing a lot money,but this time with other owners,and we were the owners,the business was falling down until suffer a great bankruptcy,maybe when we have this emotion,we dont want to build another project,we think that we are gonna still fallling and thats our destiny,well lets go back with what we said,we need that person with too much experience for guide us on how we can be successful,for example,in the early ages of Steve Jobs,there was a businessman who lauch his company to the top,but in the past,even when Steve Jobs was a real genious on the computers,we are not bad on what we are doing,two minds thinks better,well this happens when we are building our very own business,if you are one of those with great hability,experience and knowledge and your proyect is all the time producing for good,its not necessary to read this,but two minds thinks better,thats the thing,there was big companies that failed,they produced for many years,but there is a limit where the problems begins to happen,so many years producing and then the stadistics shows their falling,and that big day comes,CLOSED,the imagination and creativity was poor,the research of the people needs was obsolete,too many debts and its a big shock for the consumers who believed on their product,but saddly things happen for some reason,in conclusion,lets go back to the first post of this blog,the four types of money production,the best option,be an investor,invest on too many things,he does not die in only one thing all the time,for finish this post,remember,the more you invest,the more you make money,thats a powerful recommendation and it works forever. 

What happens when we get old?

When we get old,well,thats another topic,the first thing on mind,and the only one in our head is the retirement,because we think that we are gonna get paid with a pension,and thats it,no more,we have a safe life,but in a same condition,fixed payment and sometimes,a misery,and in the past years we worked as employees,we did not make proyects,nothing,just live the life in a same situation,when others are having a better life than us,with a lot money on their bank accounts,traveling to another countries,eating in the best restaurants,and living a beautiful life,what do they do for have all that?they though different,working as a employee the rest of my life?NO,we got to do something for climb to another level,there is so many options in this life,the conformist employee remains in the same spot,i dont have money for improve my life,im not gonna kill me thinking how do i have to do for get a better life?i can support my boss,live on my small appartment,buy a pizza and some beers and watch television,i think my life is good,i dont need anything else,wow i think this guy does not wants to have a beautiful model as a girlfriend,and not even an expensive car,at least he has a laptop computer,he can do a bussiness with anything in there,write a book for example,we dont know if you have to be a graduate writer on a university,but at least you have something for tell,about your life,the things you have seen,friends,enemies,the school,the street,etc.It takes a lot of time but someday you will end that book,and release it,you can sell it on the online markets for example,and make some publicity of course,but firts you have to copyright your book,other thing you can do with a computer laptop,if you have internet,be a freelancer,make jobs from your computer,there is some pages that allows you to make jobs from your home,you dont need to show a curriculum for being accepted,there are people who are dedicated to this kind of jobs,they avoid this routine of get early to the office,because if they dont do that,they lost their job,instead of that,the freelancers have a relaxed life,just go to the computer,turn on the internet and begin to work,but dont think that its only one time and thats it,at the next day,just sleep,no,we have to work seriously,other way is work filling the surveys on the web,and you get paid,there is some pages dedicated to this system,and the famous pay per clics sites,for each one,you can receive an small payment,you see,a lot of ways for earn money on the internet,its a good start,receive an extra income,is not bad,maybe in a future,we have a lot money for build our own company or be a big investor,anyway the thing is,why do we have to remain in a same job tortured by our bosses?we can get sick,going to the psychologist for fix our emotional problems,we´re gonna end like a crazy guy in a terror movie,because on his early ages,he was tortured by his parents,or maybe bullied by his school classmates,terrible,whatever,we have to think on best options for live,be intelligent,and not be trapped by that misleading routine forever.

How to be successful?

Is one of the hard questions for anybody,behind that,there is too many obstacles that we have to confront,and its the part that we dont like too much,but saddly we had to do it,if we want to raise our goals,there is a percent of people who can get the victory in the life,for the other percent its impossible,but it should be the 100 % having sucess,too many people cannot find that correct way for reach the top,they do anything for find it or maybe not,just stay in one place all the eternity,go as a employee to work in some company.and then,when they go back to home,stay sitted on a sofa,watching television and sleep until the next day,the same routine all the days,and be tortured by the bosses,other people just in home with a big lazyness living with their moms and thats it,there is no desire for make a good thing,im not saying that work in a company as a employee is bad,the thing is,there is a moment that you have to think,ok wait a minute,why im here?im gonna check my bank account and see all the money earned working all this time,if you see that you can do something for start your own bussiness,do it,with the time you are gonna invest slowy,in your next project,im not saying that you are gonna invest all your money in one shot,no,or you will become bankrupt,it would be terrible,anyway,with the time,you will build you own proyect,we were born for be succesful in this life,not get tortured for ourselves,each persom have a right for work,do something good in life,support the big obstacles,and then we got a prize,enjoy the best things of life,travel,eat a on good restaurant,have a beautiful house,meet your soulmate and make a family in a future,and all that is healthy for us,because we are in good conditions,even the happyness is surrounding us,ok,always we are gonna have problems,but not like bankruptcy,sleep on some street and ask people for money,alone,and get sick all the time,or maybe start to be a criminal,consume drugs,and steal people their money for just survive on this life,and then,be chased by the police,for finally end on jail,NO,thats very terrible,nobody wants to fall in that situation,and all this is because,we were selfish with ourselves.

In general terms,come on,we have to leave the lazyness,the conformins,go to work in a company as a employee in the beginning,if you cannot,start with something like work in a fast food restaurant doing anyelse,you know taking the order,or prepare the food for the clients,and start to think in a future on build good things,like our next proyect,be an investor,buy franchises,actions in the companies,or just build step by step our own company,and be a bussiness leader,go in a limousine to check our company,well dressed with a expensive suit,and enjoy what we are doing,

One more thing,also you have the internet,you can be a freelancer,work from your home,there is some many options,and its good,its a great solution for anybody who does not want to fall in a big crisis.

THE FUTURE

Where are we going now?so many things happening on this world,things that we never thought would happen,like the touch smartphones,you just press in the screen where you want to go or what you want to write,the keyboard for write a number and make a call,its obsolete,its incredible,but in a far future,how it will be?holograms?we dont know?with the time we will know,if we are alive of course,the famous GPS,long time ago,we had to use maps,find for ourselves where are we?,and pay attention all the time following the route on the map,we did not have that digital voice telling us turn to the right or left,or keep going straight,even we dont have to see the gps,that voice is guiding us,the only thing is when our GPS recalculate the route for go to the destiny,its terrible,but it happens because of the mountains on the road or maybe we are passing under a bridge,at least the GPS makes a great work for the drivers,even in your cellphone you can have a GPS app,its wonderful,what about the iphone?we have all,make a call,listen music,check our email and the internet too,we are really connected to the world,in the past,for listen music,we had to get a portable cdplayer for hear our music when we were on a subway going to our work,waiting the bus or something like that,and it was a big dispositive,now the iphone makes that fuction,and its not big,just an smartphone,we want to see newspaper,the iphone is the solution,you can see the newspaper and listen music on your smartphone,in the past,a portable cdplayer and a physical newspaper,you know holding that big paper full of tint,and then you have to wash your hands because of the tint,the internet,it has a lot of years but in the past,when this invent was not on the earth,discover somethings was very difficult,like what was happening on the world?now we know all,you want to see a journal from a specific country,you can do it,just type on the browser the name of that journal and it appears,or the new releases on the music,the internet will show you the news on the world of entertaiment,thats it,so easy,you dont need to travel to a country for know the culture,places and everything,internet makes all that work,and even,it saves you from the high cost of a plane ticket just for go to a country,but hey,there is another invent related with what i said,the videochat,just turn on the computer,download your favorite voicechat program and you will get a session with your friends,family,and even with that people that you know,but they are very far from you,it does not matters,the voicechat has the solution for you,what about the social networks?of course they are great,so many solutions,comunication with a lot people and even promote your own product,isn´t great?,the best system on the world,now you can talk with your very old friends who studied with you in the school,and make a group reunion after several years,anyway,the world has changed too much,and will continue to change in the next years.

We Want Money

We want money,YES,the only way is working,because if we dont do that,we can suffer in life,in some street asking the people for some bucks,nobody likes that,we prefer to be sucessful managing a company,get a healthy life,with a family,and enjoyning the days with the money that we earned working in our jobs,here is an explanation about the four types of money production:

-Autoemployee:We have our own commerce like a paint store,directly we sell the products to the clients,in short,we do all in the store

-Employee:We work for a company,we have a boss and a fixed salary

-Owner:Is that person who owns a company,but he dont sell directly to the clients,he has his personal working on the company

-Investor:Is that person who wants more,for example:renting too many apartments or buy actions on differents companies,even buying franchises,is that who says,the money works for me,he/she is not conformist,PLURALISM.

What do we prefer?

The best option is Investor,the more we invest,the more we make money,well there is so many ways of thinkings,one is have a good job,get a normal salary and live my life as i know to do,the conformist mind,without expectations and believe that the reality is just only one,other thinking is i want to progress,but i dont want to be a millionarie too,you know make money until a limit,anyway,so come on,life is beautiful,there so many things,but we dont want to enjoy it,make impossible things like go to the outer space and see the stars and our fascinating planet where we live,live on a big mansion with a pool,a big backyard,cool things inside the mansion,go out to the streets with a expensive car,go to the most expensive hotels in the world,whatever,the thing is,are you sure to live in a same reality all your life?its boring and disturbing,it seems that we lost that dreams we had when we were childrens,because,something caught us,the lack of information,schools and universities dont teach you about the science of money,we heard that sometimes but not so much,we never have a person telling us the right things of how to make money,our mind is only with a pattern,study in the school,then the university and finally work in a company as a employee,no more,only a few understands the hidden thruth of the money,maybe there is a selfishness for not to show this information,we dont know,the thing we had to leave the conformins,and think that we can reach our impossible goals.
